2022 CEO Message

Today, we start with ‘’ Here is the SyberCode’’ as our previous years and in these days- finished our fourth year in 2022 and our fourth financial year- we completed a challenging year in every sense.

In brief what we did in 2021:

• The best thing we know, that is, we listened to our customers and produced solutions we believed in.
• While protecting the security of institutions, we shared with all our customers the beauties that we have actually found to be different, by giving our hearts to non-ordinary strategic issues and choosing the difficult.
• In these days, which economic difficulties are experienced in, we invested in the SAAS model instead of the purchasing model in order to find solutions by taking the responsibility and providing serious supports to our customers, such as monthly payment, TRY fixed exchange rate support both financially and for today's qualified employment needs and budget by focusing on the source of the problem instead of saving the day.
• We presented the most assertive of the Managed Services models and broke new ground with SyberSaaS. Many of our customers have transferred to this structure and entrusted all their cyber security work to us.
• We started to proactively manage our solutions developed through our existing customers and we have experienced that this issue actually solves the satisfaction problems from maintenance.
• We have appointed a project manager who follows the entire process in our projects in order to support our customers' problems of not being able to follow up among their busy schedules by making good project management.
• In terms of service and maintenance, we have been involved in serious niche and special projects, especially on the AppSec side, and we have received the praise of our customers by delivering them with pride.
• By expanding our Consultancy Unit, we have experienced the rightful pride of delivering perfect projects to our customers from a single source by providing end-to-end service at the point of people, process and technology.
• In 2021, we grew exactly 210%.
• We increased our business by 300% in our service structure. While we are advancing our business with our existing customers, with our valuable new customers who believe in us we have signed contracts which will be continue in the new year.
• We opened our Ankara office and started to serve locally in our capital.

So, what will we do in 2022?

We will witness that SyberCode continues on its way as a technology and service company and that it will rapidly invest in many countries in the world in 2022.

In 2022, as a global "Services Company", we will continue to increase our value-added services in the right projects by focusing on customer satisfaction without sacrificing quality.

On the other hand, for SyberCode, 2022 will be a great year in which we will present to our customers different solutions that we developed with our software and R&D company, take many issues off the table by giving as a service, not a product.

As a team and company, we will continue on our way as a stronger SyberCode, which has fully adopted management styles such as OKR and CFR, and whose processes have been strengthened.

We will devote ourselves to working hard, to always be fair and to renew our determination and desire to strive for the best, and to continue without giving up our belief in our way, to improve the quality of our services and to offer newer technologies to our valued customers, and to stand tall by growing every day in the right sense.

We continue on our way, especially with our SyberCoder army that believes in itself, is highly developed and fully focused on its target, by completed all our strategic, financial and technological plans and investments for 2022 and even 2023.

I would like to express my endless thanks to all our stakeholders, producers, distributors and of course our customers, and even to our distinguished, ethical and distinctive competitors.

Finally, I desire that the year 2022 will bring us all health, happiness, justice, merit, truthfulness, honesty, and plenty of money and lead us to success.
